UX-Led Rebrand & Scalable Platform Design

Slavic401k, one of the largest providers of multiple employer 401(k) plans, needed a brand experience that matched their operational scale and evolving product offering. Our team led a full rebranding effort, including UX research, brand strategy, and a responsive website redesign.

We began by formalizing the brand voice and visual language through stakeholder workshops and competitive analysis. From there, we designed a modular WordPress site architecture with scalability in mind—allowing internal teams to easily manage content and launch microsites as needed. Over 10 microsites were deployed under the same system, maintaining design consistency while supporting varied user journeys.

Our design system unified the brand across web, marketing collateral, and future digital assets. The site’s structure emphasized clarity, accessibility, and simplified plan discovery, helping users—from employers to individual plan participants—navigate offerings with confidence.
